You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Item must be purchased directly from Brady’s Miracle Cream (official website or authorized sellers)
Product must be unused or lightly used (items more than 50% used are not eligible)
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Original packaging is recommended but not required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that are more than 50% used
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include clear photos of the product and packaging
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Funds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank or provider to reflect the refund
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
